All items are made to order and sold on a pre-order basis. Each piece is handcrafted and uniquely created by the artist behind Heavenly Paradise Creations. By placing an order, you understand and agree that production times may vary depending on demand and complexity. Estimated timelines are provided, but may shift without prior notice.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, artistic nature of our footwear and accessories, we do not accept returns or standard refunds. Each product is not just a fashion item — it is a one-of-a-kind work of art, made specifically for the customer.

We ask that you review sizing, product descriptions, and details thoroughly before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before checking out — we’re happy to help.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available on a case-by-case basis and must be supported with a valid reason, such as a sizing issue or production flaw. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order, and must include clear photos and an explanation.

Please note: Because all items are handcrafted by the artist and made in the order received, approved exchanges will require additional time to complete. All replacements are created from scratch, and their timeline will depend on current production volume.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Options for standard and expedited shipping may be available depending on your area.

Shipping Locations:

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. Please ensure your address is accurate. Heavenly Paradise Creations is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

Lost or Missing Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact your local delivery carrier. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment or helping you file a claim.

● Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural in handcrafted products and
enhance the uniqueness of your piece.

● Because of the first-come, first-served nature of our workflow, production time for new or replacement items may vary.

● All updates about order delays or production pauses will be shared via our website and social channels.
