Shipping Locations:

We ship throughout the United States and internationally. Please ensure your address is accurate. Heavenly Paradise Creations is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Orders:

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply upon arrival.

Lost or Missing Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact your local delivery carrier. While we are not responsible for stolen packages, we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment or helping you file a claim.
